Our mission is to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, using our hands.

Holy Hands Project

The Ministry

The vision for the Holy Hands Project came from Valter Da Silva, the creator of the Holy Hands Bible track and Booklets. Valter Da Silva is originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He now resides in Memphis, TN and he attends Bellevue Baptist Church where he plays saxophone in the orchestra. He also served as deacon of the Brown Brazil Baptist, a church in the Memphis, TN area serving the Brazilian community. The idea to use your hands to share the Gospel in a simple and easy to use way came from an opportunity to briefly share the gospel before a soccer game. Valter was inspired by the Holy Spirt in that moment to use his hands to quickly give the gospel explanation. He now is inspired to share this gospel sharing method with other Christians to advance the gospel.

The Holy Hands Bible Track

The Holy Hands Bible track is available in three languages, English, Portuguese and Spanish. The objective is to explain the gospel using your hands, connecting each finger with biblical passages to share the plan of salvation. It provides a clear message on our problem with sin, the need for a savior, and the sacrifice and victory on the cross, Jesus achieved for all of us.

The Holy Hands Booklet

The Holy Hands booklets provides an expanded material to the Holy Hands Bible track. In a simple and easy to use way, the Booklet explains the gospel using your hands with several key biblical passages. Learn how to use this great tool to share the message of our Lord Jesus with other people.
